Life is full of important choices..

 

De challenge was.. maak een kaart die voor 75% wit is.. Nou dat is nog best moeilijk maar ook weer een erg leuke uitdaging! Ik wilde het ook zo rustig mogelijk houden en heb daarom voor deze uitvoering gekozen. Less is more zullen we maar zeggen.

 

The Challenge was.. make a card that is still for 75% White.. That ain't so easy as it seems, but then again .. it's a nice challenge!. I wanted to keep my card as simple as could be and therefore I choose this way to make the card. Less is more so to say...

 

 

 

Ik heb de stempel: Follow me girl gebruikt en de tekst van de sheet Inchies. Alles is gestempeld met donkerblauwe inkt.

 

I've used the stamp Follow me girl and th text from the sheet Inchies. I stamped everthing with deep blue ink.

With the beautiful new Stamp sheet from Art Journey called Silhouette 2 I made this card. At first I wetted the paper with a mister and put distress stains on it. Because the paper is still wet the colours are blending in a beautiful way.

Met de prachtige nieuwe sheet van Art Journey Silhouette 2 heb ik deze kaart gemaakt.Voor de achtergrond heb ik eerst een papier nat gemaakt met een mister en daarop distress stains aangberacht.Doordat het papiet nat is vloeien de kleuren mooi in elkaar over.

 

 

After the drying I used a template from the Crafters Workshop with Distrss Ink to give some accents.

Na het drogen het ik met behulp van een stencil van de crafters workshop accenten aangebracht met distress inkt.

 

With Black Ink from Ancient page I stamped the Silhouette and the text, and also the branches with leaves from the sheet Inchies from Art Journey.

Met zwarte ancient page inkt heb ik de silhouette en de tekst gestempeld op de kaart evenals de takken van de sheet Inchies.

 

In the end I gave the card some gliter accents and glued it on an aqua blue card with the egde sponged with Distress Broken China. 

Tenslotte wat glitter accentjes aan gebracht en de kaart gemat op een aquablauwe kaart waarvan de randen zijn gesponst met distress inkt Broken China.

Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de sheet Inchies van Art Journey ( hoe voorspelbaar) and heb de inchies uitgeponst., daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen op een soort van leeftijdsvolgorde opgeplakt. Heel simpel.. maar wel grappig !

I took the Art Journey sheet Inchies ( how predictable) and punched out the inchies. After that I glued them on the card in chronological row. Very simple but funny!
